Use of this product is governed by these terms and conditions as well as terms and conditions governing your other accounts with The Milton Banking Company. The following terms and conditions may change at any given time, as permitted by law, by notice mailed or emailed to you at the address we have on file.

MBC DIRECT Browser Standards:

To access our internet banking product, the following programs are recommended:

•  Microsoft Internet Explorer 6..x
•  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
•  Netscape 7.x and higher
•  AOL 4.x
•  AOL 7.x and higher
•  Mac PowerPC Netscape 7.x

Identification Number and Password:

We will provide you with an identification number and password that will be used when you first log into your internet banking account. You will be prompted to rename your identification number that is more personalized (example: John Jones) as well assign a new password to your account. Your login and password will give you access to all MBC accounts (established by customer) therefore you agree not to share your identification number and password with anyone else. If you have given your password to someone else, you are liable for all transactions conducted by that person, even without your permission.

If you believe your password has been stolen, you will have access to change your password at anytime. Please contact the bank at the phone number or address below during normal working hours if you feel your identity has been stolen.

Inquiries:

MBC DIRECT gives you the freedom of viewing past statements, current activity which includes but not limited to balances, deposits, checks, automated clearing house (ACH) items, ATM withdraws, and fees. Balances may differ from your book balances due to outstanding transactions that may be in process.

Transfers:

Save time by transferring funds yourself. The following types of accounts can be used to transfer funds:

•  Personal Checking Account (deposit)
•  Passbook Savings Account (deposit)
•  Statement Savings Account (deposit)
•  Money Market Account (deposit)
•  Now Account (deposit)
•  Super Now Account (deposit)
•  Loans (non-deposit)

Unlimited Access:

MBC DIRECT internet banking will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Occasionally the system may not be available due to maintenance, upgrades, and other reasons that are beyond our control. To the best of our ability we will notify you by e-mail when the system may not be available.

Transactions and account updates are processed on business days. A business day is always Monday through Friday, except for bank holidays. Transfers done after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Fees:

MBC DIRECT online banking is FREE !!!Additional features such as bill pay may have a fee depending on the amount of usage. We reserve the right to institute fees for internet banking in the future and will notify you 30 days prior to any change. Business accounts with bill pay are charged a monthly fee of $5.00. For this they will receive the first 20 bill pay items free with a $0.50 per item (bill pay) charge there after during each statement cycle.

Termination and Closing Your Account:

You have the right to close your MBC DIRECT account at any time by notifying the bank by mail, phone, or e-mail. You agree to allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.

We may terminate your internet banking account at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
